Pirate Cove has been around since 1998. Originally it was a spot where a handful of college buddies and online friends hung out and coordinated various activities. With the dawn of social networking sites, that pretty much eliminated much of what the original purpose of this site was.
So I have decided to relaunch the website and change its direction to some extent. Here at the Cove we will be discussing web design. I will be putting together articles and demos of the various things that website creators find useful. We will cover everything from the the server infrastructure and LAMP configs, up to fun programming techniques.
I am going to try and start with doing a tutorial a week, as well as some news updates as I find things. Feel free to submit ideas for tutorials and even news that you find.
